Case Study of a Winning Design

The King Kamehameha
& Kahili Golf Clubs

OVERVIEW
Glick Design completes multi-faceted project for a unique property.

BACKGROUND
The centerpiece of the The King Kamehameha Golf Club is the Clubhouse. Originally designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright in Kahili Golf Course Logo1949, it was later adapted to the site at Waikapu, Maui.

In 1988, Grand Waikapu Partners opened the new building and course. For a few years after opening, the property was enjoyed by residents and international visitors alike, but eventually it fell on hard times and became neglected and dormant.
