After listening to the goals of the client
and asking key questions, I designed
the Piilani Place logo and moved on to
the collateral. The clean layout of the
page 4-5 spread in the print brochure
features a conceptual rendering of an
office interior and concise information
about the project’s benefits.

For Ho’olei, once the
branding and print
collateral items were
created and printed,
I then designed a
full-featured website
at www.hoolei.com.
It showcases the
condominiums with
great photography,
virtual tours, maps,
interactive floor plans,
a blog, and news.

Maui Hotel & Lodging Association’s
(MHLA) logo has a design in the
tradition of Hawaiian iconic graphics.

The sienna and reddish brown colors refer to colors of the earth. The yellow-orange color represents the color of the sun shining over Maui. The M represents Maui and Moloka’i, the L stands for Lodging and also Lana’i. H is central to
the design and represents Hotel. The
design earned an American Graphic
Design Award.
